Class is taught by Madilin Welch. Madilin has her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification through Yoga Unlimited, a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. She completed her training in conjunction with her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance at Brigham Young University-Idaho. She originally began her yogic journey when she was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 18. Through a regular practice on her mat, she was able to repair her relationship with her body as she sought treatment. She is now pain free and credits her quick recovery to her meditative and anatomical approach to yoga, supplementing her much needed treatment. Feel free to let her know of any bodily concerns, or questions, you may have to help her teach you how to tailor your personal practice to foster a life-long-love of your body and movement.
